Alaska Wilderness League

The Alaska Wilderness League is the only Washington, DC based environmental group devoted full-time to protecting Alaska's public wilderness lands. As part of their national campaign, I produced two short films about the harmful impacts of drilling and mining operations. In the trailer for the film The Reserve, above, we are introduced to the National Petroleum Reserve - Alaska, which contains some of the most sensitive wildlife lands in the nation.

The coastal plain of the Arctic National Wildlife Refuge is home to a vast array of birds, grizzly bears, musk oxen and polar bears, and it serves as a birthing ground for 120,000 caribou of the Porcupine Herd. The trailer for The Arctic National Wildlife Refuge discusses the dangers of opening this majestic landscape for drilling.

In addition to the campaign videos for the National Petroleum Reserve - Alaska and the Arctic National Wildlife Refuge, I produced and wrote a short promotional video for the Alaska Wilderness League to be used on its website.
