VideoTakes, Inc.
As a Producer and Writer at VideoTakes, Inc., Andrea has combined her love of non-fiction media with her passion for environmental action. Using breathtaking HD footage of landscapes and wildlife, she produced two 10-minute videos about the dangers of oil and mineral development in the Alaskan wilderness. She also wrote and produced Changing the Landscape: 10 Years of Impact and Learning in USAID’s Global Conservation Program, a film for USAID about a project that incorporated six international non-profits to conserve landscapes and sescapes around the globe. This video was shown at the 2009 United Nations Climate Change Conference in Copenhagen.
